i recently called to schedule an appointment to have home electrical inspected. woman which i spoke to was polite, but was told id be recieving a phone call at 10 am to set time for same day, have no recieved any calls and it is now an hour after time that was given. tried to call numerous times and no one is answering the phone.. very horrible service. i'd contact someone else in my own opinion..
