Absolutely terrible experience with Tyler Smith PC in Canby. They nickel-and-dime you for EVERYTHING. Call them? Charged. Email them? Charged. Walk in to sign one piece of paper for 3 minutes? Somehow that’s nearly $200. What should have been a simple LLC setup turned into almost $2,000 in fees. To make it worse, the paperwork was done incorrectly by their new lawyer, and then THEY charged us more money to fix THEIR own mistakes. Completely unacceptable. No one hires an attorney because they want to but we are sure thankful we chose Tony Aiello as he came highly recommended. Tony was straight forward from to start. He was transparent in the obstacles and different scenarios as to how they could play out. He did not tell us what we "wanted" to hear and promises were not made other than he would fight for us, the property and do what was right. Tony did just that. I hired Tony for a sidewalk dispute with the city I live in. Documents were altered prior to filing in court. He was able to write the wrong. Communication, response time and honesty was wonderful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
We just completed a very long and convoluted probate with Tyler Smith's law firm. Tony was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in his diligence. The entire office staff was wonderful. I loved being able to call whenever needed and 99% of the time a real person answered.
