The appointment was for 12 noon, I arrived at 11 a.m., and they told me my shipment wasn't ready yet, so I opened the reviews. I expected to be stuck there all day. But I was surprised: they started loading me at 11:30, and by 12:30 I was already free and with my documents in hand. Apparently, loading time depends on the type of cargo.
8 hours waiting to get loaded, left empty
This is the worst place to load; they never have the orders ready, they make you wait for 3 or 4 hours, and the information service is terrible.
I was here for pickup by appointment 2:00pm, provided door 7:00pm now midnight still on door waiting for paperwork, worst place to pickup.
