This review is only related to the office staff, specifically the people who answer the phone, over the past couple of years they have become rude, Dr Tyler DeJong is awesome, his demeanor is kind and caring and he knows his stuff, but I am ready to find another PCP for the simple fact that I do not like calling in to make an appointment anymore.

I scheduled my annual physical with my doctor about 4–5 months in advance. When I arrived, I was surprised that a Nurse Practitioner came in instead of the doctor I had specifically booked with. While the NP is excellent (I’ve seen her before for other issues), I was disappointed because I had intentionally made the appointment with the doctor. I was appointed this doctor thru my new insurance company and was told by Gabby to call verify my own Insurance…I’m a new patient…. why should I have to do her job . I’m paying for this insurance why I am being treated like a County Insurance Patient . If the office staff treats new patients like this I don’t want anything do with this doctor. You would think that the staff would be more accommodating to a new patient
