Tyler and his team were great! When we first got in touch we were a bit late on the timing which was our fault, but he was still happy to help with rental unit souring until we reached back out to hunt for a home a year later. Not only was he very responsive and helpful for touring homes but was always a step ahead of us, talking to the selling agents or experts in certain items to get more specific information on homes we were interested in until we were able to close on the home we wanted. Tyler’s drive and energy is unmatched. We made a plan and found a great property in 2 weeks. Tyler also negotiated concessions and addtl discounts. His network and referrals have done immaculate work on my new property as well.
