Although they get overall very good reviews. My experience here was terrible, and I will never use again. Poor communication from the service dept resulted in ordering a part for my tractor that was back ordered over a month. I was without a tractor for almost 2 months total. This cost me almost 3k in lost work and labor. When I finally picked up the tractor.
