My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Dr. Bates' care. He listens to me, provides understandable explanations, and always demonstrates caring and compassion. Al Lara
The five stars are for Dr. Bates. I wish I could give one star to Beebe as you will see why below. Dr. Bates sets the standard of what medicine should be, the way it was back in the day when doctors spent time with their patients. I know my questions and concerns will always be addressed and taken seriously. I never feel rushed or that I am just another patient on an assembly line. Dr Bates is outstanding and he takes time to answer all our questions and treats my family with respect. I highly recommend him and we were fortunate to find him after Mid Atlantic went to a membership model.
Dr. Bates has been my daughter's doctor since she was born and when Mid-Atlantic closed their Millsboro location my entire family transferred to his care. He is attentive, listens, and provides relatable care to his patients from newborn to adult. I enjoy well visits with him and his professionalism speaks volumes.
