The office staff is the absolute worst I've EVER seen. I have been trying to get an appoint scheduled for a Colonoscopy for 3 days. The scheduler will not answer her phone, and she won't return messages that I have left. Then the front desk will not pick up the phone. Dr. Baber is a great doctor, but how he stays in business with this staff is remarkable. I am beyond frustrated!!!
Oh I just love Dr. Baber.. if it wasn't for him ,I probably wouldn't be alive! (Truth). Thank you all for this in 2018 Dr. Baber discovered mass in my colon. He set up surgery to be done ASAP. It was done and I've had no problem since then! The surgery I take it was a success ! It is the year 2024. I'm fine!
Not helpful at all ran test I have a liver disease but that's all they said. Staff was rude. Dr didn't answer our questions like, he was being bothered with me. And getting results was hopeless. I'm still waiting for results from a test.
Worse office staff ever. Terrible care. I've never been treated by medical staff as awful as these people are. If you have a problem please go to another doctor. I'm horrified by the way they talk to their patients.
Went in to get scheduled for gallbladder ultrasound and they just never put in the order, even after calling a reminding them
