During my recent visit with Dr T Webb. I was impressed by the friendly and efficient staff. T Webb took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The appointment was thorough yet efficient, and I left feeling confident in my care plan. It's clear that Dr. T Webb truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
All great doctors are difficult to get into and have a massive waiting list. You can get right in to a mediocre doctor anytime. So do you want the great doctor with a waitlist and difficult to get in contact with or an average doctor with great customer service? You cant have both these days.
The first couple of times I went to see Dr. Webb, he was friendly, professional and attentive. Last two appointments he seemed like he was too busy or acted like I was wasting his time. Called today, four months after seeing him last and talked to Lyndsey, his nurse, about an extremely important matter. She was short, and seemed too busy, but said she would relay my problem to the doctor who was out. So compassionate. He LISTENS and then explains everything in terms that is understandable and sets forth a game plan. We feel blessed that he took charge of our case. Got us to the surgeon we needed. On our way back health.
Dr.Webb is the best. He is empathetic and has the best bedside manners. He explains everything in detail and cares so much about his patients.
