Two weeks on mooring is no fun when your tender’s outboard gives out. Our Yamaha 9.9 water pump died, we called Tylco and they immediately came out to us, took the outboard back to their business and brought it back the next day. Even installed it on the tender while we were out in Edgartown so we didn’t lose a day of the trip waiting for it. Great work, nice to find marine mechanics that are skilled and customer focused.
