Communication was extremely poor, but I kept giving her chances since she has good reviews and I know someone who used her services. We finally scheduled a FaceTime call so she can see me in my wedding dress. I put my dress on and FaceTimed her at our scheduled time. She did not answer nor did she call back. I sat there in my wedding dress for an hour before giving up. I texted her about two hours after our scheduled FaceTime and she said she was in traffic. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Tyla is the absolute best. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about her work, but she is also the SWEETEST person. She was a joy to work with every time I went in. Don’t second guess giving her your business!! My dress turned out incredible 🥰
Tyla was truly amazing! She made me feel very comfortable right away and she does home visits!! How much more convenient can you get?? Her works is great and fast turn around!
I cannot thank Tyla enough for saving my wedding dress. Tyla took on alterations for my dress TWO WEEKS before my wedding and gave it the transformation it needed. She is so so sweet and is such an amazing person in general. I also hired her for her steaming services. As a bride that planned a wedding from out of state, Tyla was such a lifesaver with her flexibility and thoughtfulness. Her mobile services are so convenient. 10000% recommend Tyla!
