Tylan has always been fantastic cutting my hair but where he falls short is always canceling appointments an hour before. It’s happened to me on multiple occasions and even to my mom, who I recommended to him. His professionalism could definitely use some improvement. He didn’t offer to reschedule, which makes me fear my next appointment would be canceled too.
