They came out to take a look and TRY to find the leak, SUPPOSEBLY they found it with their little machine. We had people dig holes where he said the leak was at the LEAK WAS NOT THERE. They never showed up again. Wrong diagnosis and charged wrongfully.
Very professional, nice, fast and efficient! They showed up within 15 min and found the leak quickly. Hard working peeps! Definitely recommend!
I highly recommend these plumbers. Awesome customer service and very quick to respond. Both Isaiah and Tony were very friendly and diligent in resolving the issue we had with our kitchen sink being clogged. They even went the extra mile showing us what we could do to help prevent clogs in the future.
Had a leaky kitchen sink, faucet and valves and other miscellaneous components needed to be replaced. They came out same day, gave a breakdown and estimate for everything and explained all repairs/changes happening. Great communication overall. If you can request them, ask for Isaiah and Tony, those guys were awesome, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be requesting them from now on for any future work needed.
The water heater went out during the holidays. Called Plumbing Guys and they said they could replace it same day (did not expect that this time of year)! Isaiah and Tony were amazing! Not only were they courteous and professional, they were also experienced and knowledgeable. They make an outstanding team. They took great care not to damage anything inside the house.
