This builder completed our house isn 2019. Offering a 1 year warranty. In 2021, the metal ridge cap blew off causing us to inspect our roof. We discovered all the metal was fastened by nails and could be easily lifted with our hands. When we told the builder they said that was normal/standard. Note this was a response (or similar response) for a lot of our concerns through the construction process. Echoing an earlier review, it is unfortunate there are not many options at Snowshoe, especially since most of us are likely not on-site to make sure all is well. Quality of work (replacing a door) appears ok thus far, but if something goes wrong, I expect to have to deal with it on my own. Just remember, if there is an issue, it will be the customer's fault. It is very unfortunate that this is one of the few companies you can use in the Snowshoe area. We hired them to do a lot of work on our house. Timeliness was a major issue--we had to prompt them repeatedly to finish the work. Part of what we paid them to do was flashing, and within a month of their finishing it, the flashing and border around a window simply fell off. It took months before they came to repair this.
