I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Tye’s Nails and Spa.I went in on Tuesday because I needed my nails done for prom, and my usual nail tech wasn’t available. From the start, I was rushed into picking a color, which set the tone for the entire experience.During my pedicure, the technician was literally throwing trash into the same bucket where my feet were soaking. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my pedicure, the technician was extremely aggressive and rough, which made the service uncomfortable instead of relaxing. Beyond that, the overall attitude I received felt unwelcoming and unfriendly. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the energy was off the entire time. I came in expecting a professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I would not return.
