I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Tye’s Nails and Spa.I went in on Tuesday because I needed my nails done for prom, and my usual nail tech wasn’t available. From the start, I was rushed into picking a color, which set the tone for the entire experience.During my pedicure, the technician was literally throwing trash into the same bucket where my feet were soaking. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my pedicure, the technician was extremely aggressive and rough, which made the service uncomfortable instead of relaxing. Beyond that, the overall attitude I received felt unwelcoming and unfriendly. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the energy was off the entire time. I came in expecting a professional and relaxing experience, but unfortunately left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I would not return.

I got lashes, acrylics, and a pedicure from here. My nails look amazing. But im pretty sure I have a infection in my toe. Ive been getting my toes done for almost a year and I havent had any problems, after I left I was experiencing really bad pain in my toe but at the time I didnt think much of it. Currently my toe has pus coming out of it, its swollen and red. Dont know if this is user error or salon error. My lashes looked good after i got them done. I have really bad nail salon anxiety. I got surprised with a 3pm appointment for a French tip here! I waited 15 minutes past 3 to get seated because they squeezed a walk in for a pedicure right at 3.. I was really nervous that they didn’t want my business and it took for my sister (who used to be a regular) to call them from across the US to finally get serviced. Even though it was a rocky start, Linda helped me relax and got my right for my birthday dinner

Beautiful set and terrible owner. The work they did was very good and used quality products. They asked for gel and design and didn’t mention a cost on the pedicure. They charged me 20 bucks for that. My total for 2 pedicures 1 full set and a basic manicure with no gel was 262 dollars. That’s way too much. Talked to the owner in a calm manner to explain I felt wronged with the lack of pricing and she kept the price the same.
