Absolutely terrible in every way. Management - lack of . Unit was “ targeted” twice and 50% of my stuff was stolen . There’s no staff onsite- code never works so be prepared to drive out with all your stuff 4-5 times . I could write a book on how bad this experience was. Lied to about security after first break in. Also the washroom looks like it’s a drug den
Although Tyee Heated Storage in Sechelt was a warm and dry facility to store our belongings for the couple of months during our move, I must give the management one star. This is because we were billed for the full month of January when we only rented the locker until the 12th. We were charged a pro rated amount moving in on the month of November as we only rented for half the period. Just be aware of your charges initially so you too won’t be surprised by this tactic!
