Dr ward sucks. He didn't send my IRA to my brain surgeons at OU in Oklahoma City. He has also stopped refilling my medicine, including my seizure medicine. He's awful. I must now find another better, kinder and more understanding doctor that's not as rude. DO NOT make Ward your doctor. You will regret it.

Tye ward is amazing. However, the staff they give him are terrible. It takes fighting with them for days for prior authorization. They give you random answers that conflict with what insurance or Walgreens have told you. It's like they simply just want to get you off the phone. There have been many times that I have been placed on hold for upwards of 20 min. Only for me hang up and never receive a call back.
