You would think your State Farm agent would assist you when facing a disaster with your home and help guide you but that’s not the case with the Strickland Agency. They gladly take your monthly payment then when it’s time to get assistance they disappear. I can’t tell you how many times we contacted Tye Strickland via email, voicemail, and leaving actual message with reception only to get no response. We have been dealing with our insurance claim for 10 months. Worst group and experience!
My parents live in Bedford Texas where there was a serious hail storm which significantly damaged all of the roofs in the neighborhood. Every homeowner got a new roof from their insurance, but State Farm/Tye Strickland denied my parents claim 3 times. They asked for a different adjuster which is their right, but instead they sent the same one each of the 3 times suggesting repairs instead of replacement.
