Average Customer services. Bought 2 air runners, right after my order, I remember that I forgot to add a promo code. So I sent 5 emails in the next 36h without any answer. Wrote on the Facebook page without any answer, wrote on instram without any answer and give them 2 calls without any answer...
Awesome experience. I am so happy that I am able to support a local company when purchasing such big ti key items ( squat rack and barbells) love that I’m not wasting money on shipping!! A+ :)
