They were awesome start to finish. Had wind damage and went to Angie's List. Withing 90 minutes someone was nailing my siding back on. Josue also saw that we lost some shingles off of the roof. He worked with the insurance company and the borough to get everything taken care of. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Tycos replaced the roof on our house- Excellent job. We originally chose a different contractor, but fired them just before the install when they were unable to produce licensing and insurance for their installers. Afterwards, I met with multiple contractors, choosing Tycos when took the time to explain the need for additional venting in the roof. One day I was sitting in my office and noticed a wet spot on the ceiling, "Oh no", I said for I have heard the horror stories of dealing with roofing companies. But I knew my roof was overdue for replacement. I contacted 3 roofing companies to get estimates and choose Tyco's. Tyco's was a "tab" bit higher in price (but affordable) than the other 2 companies, but what impressed me over the other 2 companies was their professionalism and attention to detail. Tycos Roofing was consulted for my roofing. They were competent in diagnosing the roof problems. Unfortunately, they only replace roof. They do not repair. They did a good job.
