In 2015 my husband and I worked with Tycore Built to build our first home. We had a layout in mind, but wanted to customize the house to fit our family needs. Since my wife and I had a house built by tycore, they have been terrible too deal with. If I had it too do over again, knowing what I now know about tycore. I would have picked a different builder, I would suggest if your looking too build a house, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
