The previous owners hired Tycon Roofing a little over a year ago to replace the roof. When it rains we have water coming in the chimney in the living room. They do not answer calls texts or emails. We have made numerous attempts and so did the previous owner. No response.
He showed up on time and looked the roof over. He suggested a solution that should solve the problem that I could take care of myself. Said if that didn't work to give them a call and we'd take steps to resolve the problem after that. Another contractor wanted $3500 to fix the same problem. He saved me a ton of money and was genuinely good to deal with.
