I've used Tyco a few times and have been satisfied with the service, but it's always a bad experience that leaves a bad taste. I went in to have some address labels printed and explained that my file was an Excel file, and that there were some Canadian addresses that they should be aware of. When I went to pick up my order, I found that they had mistakenly printed another file of a similar name, which could've been avoided had they called me to clear the confusion.
