These people are total idiots! I don't have an acct with them but I keep getting calls about "my alarm". I called to request that my number be removed from their system. The guy on phone keeps asking me for my acct number. I explain I don't have an acct. His reply " so why are you calling us". I respond as I said I would like for my number to be removed from your system because I keep getting calls day and night. He again says can I get the acct number you are calling about. Stop calling random people
So far you guys are not looking like a company I want to do business with. I had to hang up and call back three times to hopefully speak with someone that doesn’t have such a heavy accent that I have to keep repeating myself. Then I ask for a local number and I get some guy. I think I’ll install my own system
