JCI - Tyco bought out Richmond Alarm Company. I had cancelled and changed companies before the sale concluded. they are not monitoring my home nor sending me notices until i get a collection notice for months of back charges. they claim they bought my contract and have no proof it was cancelled. despite seeing no signal from my residence they had me cancel and wait the cancellation period. hundreds of dollars and hours wasted all coupled with poor customer care. DON"T USE THIS SERVICE!
