WARNING WARNING WARNING BEWARE READ FIRST They steal from there customers over charge and then hang up on them. They threaten to sue you if you try to cancel your contract. This company is also known for false alarms and late dispatches that cost you money. It’s 150.00 a pop! They charge 700 hundred dollars for a service call. If you want to experience the worst possible customer service and tech support possible, use Tyco. When you schedule a work order, you will be given a time they will arrive. When they don't show up and you call for an update, they will tell you they will call you back within the hour with an update - they won't. When you call AGAIN for an update, they will tell you they don't do appointments, only 4 hour time frames, and that the tech will be there before the end of the day.
