Technicians really take the time to be thorough to resolve the issues. The service department really seem professional, friendly and communicate resolutions clearly. They may be more expensive than other companies, but you definitely get what you pay for. I will be staying with JCI.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!Company suckssss! I wouldn't recommend this company for a dog house... signed a fire monitor system in May and still haven't been completely installed. And local managers don't return phone calls.. was told 6-8 weeks, now it's five months.
