The worst customer service ever. I was repeatedly told that I'd get a call back to solve problems---never happened. I wrote letters about the issues with absolutely NO response. The letters had "discontinue service" notes on them and still no contact. Just kept sending bills for service for several months after I had cancelled the service---all paid up to the date of my first notice for them to cancel. What a mess this company is. There are so many other companies out there who give good, even great service. Use one of them.
Don't contract with them, their service is very very poor, NO responsibility.
I recently experienced business with this company and it was awful. Their customer satisfaction is totally poor and they don't care much about pleasing the customer, but benefiting themselves. I would recommend you not to have any dealings with them because their service will be poor.
