I am a general contractor and ran into an issue with another security company so, I turned to tyco because they're a well known company. By far an even worst mistake. The lack of communication, professionalism that I experienced from this company was unheard of. They promised a date and did not deliver within any reasonable timeframe beyond. Very horrible experience. Would NOT recommend using.
