bad service, it took a month for a technician to come (we have problems in 4 doors) calling almost every day so we can have someone to help us, when the technician finally comes to tell us that our system is very old (so where is the maintenance that Tyco says it has) well the sensors were bad 3 of them but the technician"" is saying that he needs to order new ones because he don't have any and that needs to come back when he gets them a week or two he didn't know! do you think this is professional?
