If it could give it NO stars I would. Horrible customer service. Impossible to get through to the 800 number and when you do they hang up on you.
If I could give a 0 star, I would! I have been deceived by a sales representative named Dennis Palacios! He lied about the years of the contract and the service as well, besides that , he let someone else signed the contract, which does not read or speak English well, and did not even asked for an ID of the business owner. When I called him to discussed what he did , he acted very unprofessional and started to mocking about the situation.
