One grocery store in the entire island and they won’t let you go in with your spouse....even though we are masked and hands are sanitized. I get the whole COVID spread...but that’s a bit ridiculous.

Very racist market experienced racism at its finest here so sad
Hands down the dirtiest grocery store ever! Every time we come to town we only ever use it when absolutely necessary, for a last minute item. Right now, they have the front to make customers put on disposable gloves before entering the store. But once you touch one item or product, it renders the gloves completely useless anyway. Thankfully there is a Publix and a Walmart just a short drive away, that have clean stores, great fresh product.
Great people, good quality and prices! Meats are better than ANY chain store. They actually have a BUTCHER!!Rare these days!

me since 1986 when I honeymooned at tybee. I think his dad owned then at original location. they have what I need.
Terribly rude worker. I will say it was just one worker in particular and the others apologized for her actions. However it’s enough to send me to Publix or Kroger from now on. Times are hard for everyone right now and being alone with 3 children only makes it harder. Guess what, we need to eat too! I honestly can’t believe this. I don’t come to the store because I want to, I go when I HAVE to. Don’t make my life any harder than it needs to be.
