We booked an entire house with Tybee Cottages for holiday get away with extended family and the dog. The house was perfect for our group, especially the second floor kitchen which is huge and fits an army. It is also well appointed and incredibly bright and airy. We had a great time and the house and hosts made it all seamless.
Breezy Weezy is a beautiful property that is very well set up. There is very easy access to the beach and the private pool is awesome. The third for porch looks out over the ocean. The home is very well thought out and lacks for nothing. We loved the elevator for moving our bags in and out. The beds were very comfortable. They provided several blankets for people to use in the family room. The owner stopped over when we got there and showed us around the house and showed us how to use the elevator. We had a perfect stay with Tybee cottages! The house was very clean, safe, and conveniently located. The team was very responsive and the space and pool made for a wonderful long weekend family getaway. We will absolutely be coming back!
We really enjoyed the location and our stay on Tybee Island (except for the $60 parking ticket when I wasn't paying attention :) ) Bernie's and the Crab Shack were get places to eat. We did an inland fishing trip with Bennett from Georgia Coast Charters, and it was outstanding. We caught a bunch of fish, Bennett dropped us off on a sand bar to pick up seashells, and Bennett educated us on the 4000-year history of the area.
This was our family’s second visit to “Almost Heaven” in Tybee Island. We loved it so much the first time that we had to come back! It was everything they advertised. We loved the pool and the private fenced yard. For a cozy cottage the kitchen and living/dining area is very spacious and fully stocked. This year they added a wonderful side porch that we used every day, it’s a wonderful addition! We loved Tybee Island, it’s low key. We definitely hope to come again next year!
