I feel terrible for taking so long to write this as the service I received was so prompt and efficient. I called when my boiler developed a fault. It was the same morning that I received a visit and diagnosis and the repair was carried out the next day along with maintenance and gas safety check. Fairly priced work and I didn’t feel like I wanted to negotiate which is rare for me! Friendly, chatty and thoroughly pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to use Tyas again or recommmend them.
Richard responded to my heating issue within 24 hours (it wasn't an emergency) he was very friendly & identified the issue within a matter of minutes. He was very thorough in his checks & not rushed which resulted in solving my problem thankfully. Very happy with his services, will gladly recommend and most definitely be using again in the very near future.
Great service, attended same day for an emergency call out. Polite and friendly. Fixed the issue same day and returned to replace a worn part. Fast, efficient and good value for money. Highly recommend.
Richard has come out to us twice now, one of which it was a very snowy Sunday afternoon and he was beyond helpful fixing our boiler for us. He’s friendly, reliable and his prices were very reasonable will definitely use him again in the future.
