We bought our carpets a few years ago. Over time the carpets accumulated stains and worn out. We really like these tapestries and it was a shame to replace them with new ones. However, we had to give them a treatment of renewal and cleaning. We called T. Y. A Upholstery and Carpet and asked them to do the necessary treatment. T. Y. A Upholstery and Carpet did an excellent job, the carpets looke really good now and the price was not high. Thanks.
Had a great clean from this company and the gentleman was very professional, he gave me plenty of advice on my carpet . I had very bad stains on my carpet and I had a dry clean the carpet came up really well considering my stains that I had. Fantastic!
I have had some bad experiences in the past but this place is legit. They know what they are doing and they do a good job. They are very professional and took care of my carpet.
Working with them was a pleasure because they were so professional and responsive. They did a great job of managing my expectations, put in a tonne of effort to clean my upholstery, and even called me as a favour a few days later after the upholstery had dried to make sure I was happy with the results.
The crews are very friendly and came by to clean my carepet in 2 rooms. One room hadn't been cleaned in about 4 years and I was sure it can't be perfectly cleaned. I was astonished when i saw all stains came out. They other carpet came out just perfect as well. Well done, the company.
