Finally came to repair dryer after numerous attempts to contact him. Apparently his car was towed with his phone in it. I would not use him again.
Rebuttal: Ty finally did come to repair the dryer after I had posted the previous review. After 2 days he said his car was towed with his phone in it and was unable to contact either me or my tenant.
I found Ty online by searching for appliance repair. He came to my house and diagnosed my washing machine as needing a new control module. He charged me for the service call (reasonable) and charged me $243.20 total with $178.20 for the part, tax and labor to install the module. I haven't seen him again and now he will not take my calls, return my messages or text. All I want is a refund of the $178.20. He can keep his service call charge, but it appears he intends to keep it all. This is a business you need to avoid at all ... read more
