Ty Shepler Septic Tank cleaning is staffed with extremely professional folks, since it has recently been bought out and taken over by new ownership! A big shout out to Micah, the new driver! He's a very nice guy who knows a lot about septic tanks and systems. If you have pump problems, either Micah or Steve will go out of their way to take care of you!
They showed up late and when I had another company there doing the work he banged on my door, where I have a new born son like a maniac and got rude with my wife. Called me and stated that they tried calling me which they didn't, I have two numbers and not one was called and said he is going to take me to small claims court for a $50.00 service fee which they did nothing but show up late for. STAY AWAY. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have no experience with the previous owner but have known and done business with the new owners for 20+ years They are friendly, prompt, and honest folks you can trust. Very experienced in their field. Highly recommend!
Looked at reviews most were bad for this one Thought I'd give him a shot anyway Showed up week after said he be there then Charged wife more then price told me She paid it didn't know I called him on it and wouldn't make right So your call if you want deal with him I won't ever again
