I contacted this business around 12:00 p.m. regarding grass cutting services and initially received no response, so I followed up with a text message. The person eventually responded, asked for my address, and stated they would stop by to look at the property. I informed them that the grass was a bit high because I had not been home. This is an updated review after multiple interactions with Ty's LawnCare. Initially I was pleased with their work and communication and asked them to maintain my yard every 2 weeks through the summer. On the first visit they arrived 90 min later than they told me they would. They told me upon arriving that they wouldn't be doing all the work we had agreed to because of an equipment issue. I like to thank God for sending Mr. Roberto to solve a problem I created for myself. Showing my ignorance of lawn care. But! After that everything went downhill. Mr. Roberto lacks communication and his words mean nothing. He doesn’t answer the phone and he doesn’t call you back and the two different times he did call back, he promise things that never happen. They are super easy to schedule and pay. The lawn looks amazing! Highly recommend!
Great work! Fast response, fast service date, good price, and outstanding work on my yard. The whole yard was a mess, front and back. In about 4 hours Ty's LawnCare had it cleaned up, trimmed, edged and looking great. I asked them to come back every 2 weeks to keep the yard looking as good as it does now.
