Ponen a los Clientes a pagar facturas que no son de uno solo por que alguien con el mismo nombre dejo una factura pendiente, aun teniendo pruebas de que no soy la misma persona y teniendo pruebas me dijeron que tengo que pagar la factura. Muy malo no lo recomiendo
It's the worst company ever. You never finish paying the bills; they're so high. You try to save money, and I don't know where they charge you from, but it's always a fortune you end up paying with TXU. It's definitely not good.
Absolutely horrible electric company. Bills are paid but our power is cut anyways. These guys overcharge too, way too much. It's clear they're just money hungry scumbags who will do anything to drain you to the last penny and beyond. Please, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
