Been paying TxTag for months for tolls. Tolls aren't being paid to the other toll companies. Now racked up $967 in charges. TxTag refuses to provide proof of payment, refund money or pay bill to NTTA. I already paid the money. I don't have it to pay again. Now facing collections and issues registering my car. Still trying to get a resolution. Maybe a complaint will have impact. Next I guess I have to find an attorney or do small claims.

TERRIBLE system....because they don't explain things clearly, you're at fault. Wife and I got new vehicles. Took my truck on toll so it started a new account under my wife's account because I didn't update my Tag info yet. Got it updated, and they've been charging me by mail from my license plate account AND taking money away from our TX TAG account at the same time. $302 by mail since 2020, and no telling how much from our Tag account. HIGHWAY FUCKING ROBBERY!!! DO NOT GET A TX TAG ACCOUNT, THEY AREN'T HELD RESPONSIBLE... read more
