I brought my 1994 F-150 in to have both front and rear differientials rebuilt. Ordered the parts and in the meantime of their arrival, was informed by the shop that a pin in the spider gears had broken in the rear differential. I delivered another rear end the following day from a salvage yard. Once I was informed the job was completed, I paid $1645 and walked out the door. This is a tough one for me. They squeezed me in last minute before a scheduled road trip, but failed to change the front rotors and break pads as requested. As I was paying I asked about the condition of the old pads, but they said they didn't take notice when they changed them. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the job was never done. Went above and beyond.
Started work before told. Charged for work that wasn't authorized. Unauthorized work made vehicle more unsafe. Unnecessarily rude.
This guy is amazing. Honest, fair and fast. And don't worry about the big boxer on the couch; he is a great dog. I will not go anywhere for my Jeep needs.
