We hired Scott Roeder at Texan Fence in June to install a small fence, mistakenly thinking we were hiring another company with a similar name. While Scott was friendly and provided a fair estimate, the project turned into a disaster. After paying for materials, we waited far beyond the promised timeline. Texan Fence was eager to get our business to redo our fence. We wrote him a check Feb 28th and the fence wasn’t installed until two months later. Once he took the fence down, we had to dispose of our own trash. Our fence was left incomplete and we had to find another contractor to come finish the job. He repeatedly told us he would be there to finish the job and never did. Absolutely no communication when we would reach out. Terrible experience.
