I like to stop at TXB when passing through Johnson City. The restrooms are clean and service is always with a smile. I was looking for a particular item and was greeted with a warm hello by Cindy B. She was super friendly and helpful. Another employee, a young man, was cleaning the store! Nice to see customer service and a clean store can still be found!
100% this is what customer service looks like! Walked in there the cashier (Josh I believe) super courteous, friendly, informative I got a gatorade and he let me know of the free third promotion when buying 2. He was having a fun quick conversation with each customer while getting them out quickly. And the huge cherry on top, took time out of his duties to help this lady out to her car. This is some chick fil a/ Dutch Bros level service . 5 stars minimum.
