Went in to Austin office in December 2020 and did sleep study. Never met with an actual doctor for results. Told I needed a CPAP and that since I met my deductible, it would be $25 copay for visit. 8 months later I get a call that I get a call insurance is having an issue with the claim. Told they will take care of it. Today, 16 months later, I am told that I have to pay over $600 for machine because I am not allowing insurance company internet access to the machine.
