Customer service is lousy. When requested why they didn’t put the Apple Battery in my phone the guy made us feel like dummies, he was curt, looked disgraceful and accused my wife of not trusting his service? He refused to acknowledge a years warranty when asked it’d the battery was new. He refused to put the new cover on that we bought the day before and told us to leave when he was told his customer service was bad. At 81 years old, this was the worse service I have ever had at any business.

We were lied to about the turn around time on both the repair and the diagnosis. Timeframe was so long I lost the window to return hardware I had purchased prior to their attempted repair, meaning I'm paying double for parts on top of initial cost. Was told there would be a diagnosis within a couple days, only got update when I finally got someone on the phone almost 3 weeks later. I tried to get a simple saugerter job on some expensive monitor headphones here but no. They were simply too lazy to take my money and do it.

I have used Neils for MANY years.... way before this store opened and he was working out if his home. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Yes, there is a wait but it's because he KNOWS what he's doing and does it right the first time. He is honest, reasonable, and loyal to his customers. I have recommended him several times to different people and will continue to do so. He takes care of his customers and backs his work!

Absolutely terrible experience at this place. I was waiting in the car while my girlfriend went in to get my phone (That was supposed to be finished the previous day that I had dropped off early in the morning) it was taking a while so I decided to go in the store. I came in to find my girlfriend almost crying and the owner of the store yelling at her and threatening to put her on YouTube. I see a lot of positive comments and we went in thinking the same thing but then this guy started giving us the run around. Not professional and wouldn't recommend service. Really disappointed
