Such a great gym and nice staff! Plenty of equipment, free weights, and warmup/stretching gear to use. The showers are convenient. Coach Blake is the best, highly recommend him. I started with barely any knowledge and a big fear of the gym, but he has helped me overcome that and made me feel like it's a home.

Great gym I've been here since they've opened. Only issue i have is children on the gym floor. Nothing against kids but it’s dangerous & they do not need to be on the gym floor.

I really like coming here. it's a nice quiet little gym and has all the equipment I need. 5 stars for the convenience. The equipment is clean and maintained. If you're like me and want to pop your ear buds in and avoid eye contact for the next hour, this is the gym for you. It's never crowded to a point where I feel like the equipment I use wouldn't be available. I workout personally with Jasmin, a personal trainer there, and she’s amazing! She is very understanding and knowledgeable. She works with me during every stage of my life and is someone I can rely on. I will continue to go where Jasmin goes. Jasmin goes above and beyond
