Communicative, prompt, efficient, and very clean. Ken was a pleasure to work with and really informative as I had some questions. He made room in his schedule to accommodate me and kept me updated on his arrival time. We just needed 5th wheel RV tanks pumped which is actually pretty hard to find out here. He has been very helpful and communicative and will not only be our first choice for the RV, but we will have him back when it comes time for the house septic as well.
