Scheduling service with TX BM was a breath of fresh air (or as close as you can get in the septic business). I called and haggled with 4 other pumpers before I found TX BM... and their prices were clearly posted on their website- $100-$150 cheaper than any of the other places I had to call. Our tech was the owner and he got me scheduled over text with the day and time I needed, showed up on time, inspected and hosed out our tank after pumping, cleaned up, and was done within an hour. Communicative, prompt, efficient, and very clean. Ken was a pleasure to work with and really informative as I had some questions. He made room in his schedule to accommodate me and kept me updated on his arrival time. We just needed 5th wheel RV tanks pumped which is actually pretty hard to find out here.
