This was my first time purchasing fresh beef. Travis at TX BAR was very patient in answering all my questions, one of which, was "Is your beef good?". :) He did not lie, the beef is delicious. The butcher they recommended, Los Molinos Meat, was also very helpful in picking out the cuts we wanted. All in all, we had such a good experience with TX BAR Cattle Company, that we will be a repeat customer.
