It was incredible! It was amazing! The tech was incredible! Tech was amazing! Tech was great! He gave us a heads-up for 30 minutes and introduced himself via text. He was quick to go through the process with us, then got to work. He was quick and efficient. He gave tips to stop the dog from crying.
