My hairstylist told me about this gym years ago and I wish I had joined back then. Most gyms feel like a “meet market” with men watching your every move, but not here! The vibe is all women who are focused on their goals. I joined the 90-Day Transformation and dropped 4 lbs in the first week and a half. Love the vibes here and truly enjoy coming to the classes! The trainer here is great and really pushes you to go harder. All the ladies are really helpful and friendly making the workout environment a good experience.
TwT is exactly what I needed! Trish runs an excellent program that challenges women to be our best physical selves while working in a supportive & encouraging environment.
I attended the 4th of July bootcamp & it was a great workout, I wanted to quit mid way because I'm just not in shape but Trish has a way of pushing you to do better so I made it to the finish line. Although I said I wasn't coming back, I definitely will be back. TWT is thee gym to be apart of, so proud of the continuous growth!
I have been coming here for 2 months now! I love the sisterhood and community events! Just completed the July 4the event and it exceeded my expectations! As a member I can always count on members of my group to hold me accountable to my fitness goals!
